Required Skills:

Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
Board certification in dermatology or related specialty
Recent (within the last 3 years) experience in dermatology or a similar setting
Proficiency with the Epic Electronic Medical Records system
Ability to manage a patient load of 25-35 patients per day efficiently
Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
Basic life support (BLS) certification

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior experience supporting multiple clinics or float assignments
Familiarity with dermatological procedures and treatments
Experience working with support staff (LPN, RN, MA) in a team-based environment
Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations governing healthcare

Preferred Education and Experience:

Master's degree in Nursing (FNP or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years of recent dermatology practice experience
Prior experience with EPIC EMR system

Other Requirements:

Must be Board Certified in Dermatology
Willingness to support clinic operations primarily at Clifton Springs with potential support to RGH Genesee Valley Dermatology from July to January
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexible scheduling options
Reliable communication channels, including updated email and phone details
Commitment to maintaining a work history free of gaps exceeding 30 days
Willingness to participate in occasional travel, licensure, and certification reimbursements, and support staff deployment as needed
