Join Our Dynamic Dermatology Team as a Dermatology Physician Assistant!
Are you passionate about dermatology and seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in patient care? We are currently looking for a highly skilled Dermatology Physician Assistant to support our clinic in Clifton Springs, with the flexibility to support our broader network including RGH Genesee Valley Derm. This role offers a rewarding environment where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and satisfaction.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Must be Board Certified in Physician Assistant studies.
- Recent EPIC electronic medical record experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on dermatology practice.
- Active NY license in good standing with no significant gaps or malpractice issues.
- Ability to manage a patient load of 25-35 patients daily.
- BLS certification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Ability to support a team with designated staff (LPN, RN, MA) at a ratio of 1 support staff per 12 patients.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with open to flexible scheduling.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience supporting multiple sites or travel between clinics.
- Prior experience with similar patient volumes.
- Additional certifications in dermatology or related specialties.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Minimum of 3 years dermatology-specific clinical experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous Epic EMR experience.
Other Requirements:
- NY state licensure in hand.
- Ability to work day shifts (Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts).
- Excellent work history with no recent gaps exceeding 30 days.
- Clear malpractice and work record, with supporting documentation if applicable.
- Support staff or additional team members to assist with patient management and clinical duties.
