Description
Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00
Duration: 6 months with possible extension. *Ultimate goal is to have someone convert; wants someone who is wanting to grow since there is a clear career path
Location: 2401 W. Industrial Ave, Midland, TX 79701
Work Schedule: The hours in office are roughly 8:00am – 5:00pm but we’re pretty flexible on their start times as long as they’re performing well.
Top Skill Sets:
• #1 Good customer service skills (on the phone with customers, having tough conversations often each day)
• External customers & internal business units
• Quick learners with solid computers (Microsoft tools & proprietary systems)
• Open to certain call representative candidates who are strong in reporting, can handle themselves in high-volume and high-stress conversations, and able to do repetitive work
Experience Requirements:
• 1-2 years of successful performance in a Performance Management or Data Analysis role, utilizing process improvement methodology
• Proven customer service and communication skills
• Proven team-building and organizational skills
• Lean Six Sigma training (Preferred)
