Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00
Duration: 6 months with possible extension. *Ultimate goal is to have someone convert;wants someone who is wanting to grow since there is a clear career path Location: 2401 W. Industrial Ave, Midland, TX 79701 Work Schedule: The hours in office are roughly 8: 00am –5: 00pm but we’re pretty flexible on their start times as long as they’re performing well. Top Skill Sets: •#1 Good customer service skills (on the phone with customers, having tough conversations often each day) •External customers & internal business units •Quick learners with solid computers (Microsoft tools & proprietary systems) •Open to certain call representative candidates who are strong in reporting, can handle themselves in high-volume and high-stress conversations, and able to do repetitive work Experience Requirements: •1-2 years of successful performance in a Performance Management or Data Analysis role, utilizing process improvement methodology •Proven customer service and communication skills •Proven team-building and organizational skills •Lean Six Sigma training (Preferred)
