We have an exciting opportunity for a Design Architect with a background in single family home residential work. This role will work closely with the Architect team to create construction documents for homes that have a unique and modern design feel. Many of these homes are seaside houses along the Georgia or South Carolina coast.
This role will start part time approximately 20-30 hours a week with a strong potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
Required:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture
3 plus years of single-family residential experience creating construction documents. (multi family will be considered)
Revit Proficiency
Ideally looking for 3-10 years of experience. Must be able to take details from the Architect and complete the construction drawings. Part-time hours to start would be ideal transitioning to full-time.
