Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $50000 - $75550 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Assistant Designer Wovens & Swim will assist in weekly functions/tasks or project-based work covering the Woven & Swim design department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the research in the market as it pertains to product, trim and graphic/ techniques. Create inspiration boards.
• Collaborate with design team and partners to achieve goals within deadline
• Create CADs as directed
• Assist in the creation of design boards for design presentation to design leadership
• Board Review prepare stats
• Update sketches to match proto approval
• Update PLM with materials and sketch details
• Organize sample closet, seasonal binders, and references.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Works with sense of urgency.
• Affinity and passion for the brand / category.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• 3D Design proficiency (preferred)
• Organized, thinking ahead, and positive
• Familiarity with AI-supported design tools and openness to learn
