What You Get

What You'll Do
  • Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations (like reading what a customer needs at the bar)
  • Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
  • Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends
  • Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
Who You Are
  • Great communicator who builds rapport quickly (if you can handle a packed Friday night bar rush, you can do this)
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Have your own phone, computer, printer, and reliable car

About Art of Drawers
We help homeowners fall in love with their kitchens again by transforming existing cabinets inside and out. Through custom pull-out drawers, organization solutions, and cabinet refacing, we turn outdated, cluttered spaces into beautiful, accessible, and highly functional kitchens—without the cost and disruption of a full renovation. We're growing and need people-oriented problem-solvers who know how to listen, recommend solutions, and make customers feel heard.  You bring the people skills, professionalism, and drive—we'll teach you everything you need to know about transforming homes and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Compensation: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
