Description
Join the Timberline team for Fall 2026 Co-op! Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Work with Design Team to deliver quality design and construction documentsWork closely with team members and assist to complete projects on aggressive schedules by meeting deadlines within expected time and budget constraints.Generate revisions and corrections from outline mock-ups, redlined drawings and project document sets.Implement drawing modification procedures and prepare drawings accordingly.Fosters collaboration between offices and team members while promoting design vision.Assist project team with preparation of internal/external presentations.Communicates regularly with project team on assignment status.Work with the project manager and project architect to help develop project concepts (either independently or as part of a group).Minimum/Preferred RequirementsEducation: Working towards a degree in Architecture, Industrial Design or Interior Design Experience: Prior internship experience is a plusKnowledge/Skills:Proficiency in Revit is preferredProven ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.Positive team player with strong work ethicMust be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.Must have excellent time-management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables.Strong technical knowledge and design aptitudeTimberline Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
