Design Consultant

• Hybrid Position (Minimum 3 weekdays - Onsite per Week)

• Position: Process Design Consultant

• Job Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
• Location:  Chandler, AZ 85224 (Hybrid – Minimum 3 weekdays Onsite)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Business Hours)
• Pay Range: $85-88/hour
• Interview Process: Video Interview followed by In-Person Interview

• Design, build, and continuously improve IT infrastructure processes.
• Develop efficient, control-aligned, and outcome-focused workflows.
• Create process documentation, activity-level workflows, and operational standards.
• Embed risk controls into business processes to minimize operational risk.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor process performance and health.
• Partner with Engineering, Delivery, and Risk teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze complex workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Support governance initiatives and drive adoption of standardized processes.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in Process Engineering / Process Improvement.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow design.
• Knowledge of governance, controls, and risk management.
• Ability to decompose and optimize complex business processes.

• IT Infrastructure or Technology Operations experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and process metrics.
• Systems thinking and end-to-end process design experience.
