    Description

    As a Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing design solutions that meet the unique needs of our pediatric clients. Your role will involve collaborating with our team of therapists and healthcare professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Collaborate with therapists and healthcare professionals to understand the specific needs of our pediatric clients

    - Create design solutions that are functional, safe, and visually appealing

    - Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, color schemes, and material selections

    - Source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment that meet the specific needs of our clients

    - Provide guidance and recommendations on accessibility and safety features

    - Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion

    - Conduct site visits to ensure design plans are being implemented correctly

    - Communicate with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the design plans

    - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pediatric design

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the healthcare or pediatric field

    - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

    - Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials

    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

    - Passion for creating functional and visually appealing spaces for children
