This role oversees the design process from concept through production, ensuring collections reflect the company's heritage and craftsmanship. This individual will report to the Creative Director and serve as a creative leader within the team. They will partner closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an elevated sense of style and exceptional leadership skills.
