Job Details
  • Develop and scale advanced composite manufacturing processes from R&D through production.
  • Lead new product development projects focused on performance, quality, cost, and sustainability.
  • Partner with global engineering, operations, and commercial teams to bring new technologies to market.
  • Drive material testing, process optimization, supplier qualification, and recycling initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.
  • 0–3 years of design for manufacturing; experience with composite materials would be a plus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of composite processing, testing, and manufacturing equipment (preferred).
  • Experience with DOE, process development, and engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to support global teams and travel up to 10%.
