We are seeking an Entry-Level Design Engineer in Waterloo, Iowa, for a full-time, onsite role with a salary of $65,000-$75,000 and benefits.
- Assist in developing mechanical components and creating detailed drawings for industrial applications.
- Support engineering documentation, change management, and collaboration with manufacturing teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and product validation efforts.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, at least 1 year of manufacturing experience or internships, proficiency in CAD, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications include experience in heavy industrial environments, metal fabrication, GD&T, and cross-team collaboration.
