We are seeking a Building Automation Design Engineer to support the design and delivery of HVAC/building controls projects. This role is ideal for someone with BAS experience who enjoys project design, technical coordination, and working closely with project teams in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
Design control systems, sequences of operation, and project submittals for BAS projects
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics
Support project teams with system design modifications, as-builts, and closeout documentation
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful project execution
Assist with energy efficiency solutions, equipment integration, and value engineering opportunities
What Were Looking For:
25 years of experience in Building Automation Systems or related technical field
Strong understanding of HVAC controls and mechanical systems
Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, MS Office, and basic networking/TCP/IP
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Associate degree in a technical field preferred; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is a plus
Additional Details:
