    We are seeking a Building Automation Design Engineer to support the design and delivery of HVAC/building controls projects. This role is ideal for someone with BAS experience who enjoys project design, technical coordination, and working closely with project teams in a fast-paced environment.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Design control systems, sequences of operation, and project submittals for BAS projects
    • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics
    • Support project teams with system design modifications, as-builts, and closeout documentation
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful project execution
    • Assist with energy efficiency solutions, equipment integration, and value engineering opportunities

    What We’re Looking For:
    • 2–5 years of experience in Building Automation Systems or related technical field
    • Strong understanding of HVAC controls and mechanical systems
    • Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, MS Office, and basic networking/TCP/IP
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Associate degree in a technical field preferred; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is a plus

    • Some travel and job site visits may be required
    • OSHA training opportunities provided
    • California driver’s license required
