About the Role

Job Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and documents received from clients

• Create internal technical documents and drawings

• Coordinate specifications with Japanese factories

• Communicate with clients and adjust technical requirements as needed

Work Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

• Flex-time: start ±2 hours from standard time

• Hybrid work available (approx. 40% in-office, subject to change)

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT welcome!)

• Business-level English required

• Japanese proficiency preferred

• Passion for learning and growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $40,000$45,000 annually (negotiable, excluding bonuses)

• 3 annual bonuses

• Annual raise (higher rate in 2nd and 3rd year)
