Role Description The Design Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Twin Lakes, WI. The Design Engineer will develop and refine product designs for composite components, windows, and thermoformed plastic parts, ensuring manufacturability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software, collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams, and supporting prototype development and testing. The role also involves reviewing customer specifications, preparing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in design processes and standards. The Design Engineer will participate in project meetings, communicate design changes clearly, and help resolve engineering issues throughout the product lifecycle.\n
