Become a Design Process Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll lead a team responsible for enabiling our planning and design organizations through effective Design Support Updates/Notes (DSU/DSN) and support for escalated issues.
This role oversees the business requirements, creation, updating, retirement of DSU/DSN's to ensure that the planning teams can execute their daily work efficiently and consistently. The manager serves as a strategic partner to planning, operations, other stakeholders and senior leadership by aligning processes, documentation, and communications with business priorities and operational needs. Success in this role requires strong leadership in a matrixed environment, the ability to manage multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously, and a commitment to a high-quality customer support, sound decion-making, and team development.
