Design Programmer Deceuninck North America is seeking a Design Programmer for its Monroe, OH facility. In this role, the Design Programmer designs dies, calibrators, or support equipment to specified rates, tolerances, and quality levels. Develop NC programs and setup sheets for the NC machines to cut extrusion tooling and/or gages based on design.

Core Responsibilities:
• Design and documents extrusion tooling dies, calibrators, and downstream equipment for producing profiles. Tooling must meet all specifications. • Interface with Product Design and Tool Manufacturing personnel to ensure product performance. • Ensure revisions and changes are thoroughly documented. • Provide clear, concise, and accurate requirements to Drafting and Tool Manufacturing for effective and efficient profile production. • Sustain world-class TPM program by completing assigned tasks. • Develop NC programs and setup sheets on CADCAM system from designs for milling or EDM equipment. • Troubleshoot existing programs for corrective action. • Troubleshoot mill or EDM for programming machine or process correction.
Qualifications:
• Specialized training in NC programming and CADCAM application preferred. • 1-2 years of design experience, programming experience, and/or operator experience preferred. • 1-2 years of general machining exposure, significant mechanical aptitude, or machine shop experience required. • Organized, detail-oriented, and team player.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
