Job Summary:This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of Creative and Design projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration across various international teams. The ideal candidate will proactively oversee project lifecycles, facilitate clear communication, and leverage innovative tools to optimize workflows. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills are crucial for navigating complex project demands and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and feedback resolution.
- Coordinate workflows across Creative, Design, and Product Marketing.
- Drive proactive conflict resolution and decision-making.
- Continuously refine project processes for efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:- Proven ability to manage multiple, high-volume projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in fostering collaboration across diverse teams and perspectives.
- Skilled in synthesizing conflicting feedback into actionable decisions.
- Experience in the consumer electronics or product development industry is preferred.
