About the Role:
Integrity Care Solution Inc is looking for a dedicated and experienced Designated Manager to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver high-quality care services to those who need it most. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the care services program in accordance with state and agency guidelines
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations and licensing requirements
• Supervise, train, and support direct care staff to maintain high standards of service delivery
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing agencies, audits, and compliance reviews
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting as required by regulatory bodies
• Foster a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment for clients and staff

Requirements:

• Must meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for a Designated Manager in a home care or disability services setting
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within healthcare or human services
• Strong knowledge of Minnesota home care licensing rules and compliance standards
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, or elderly populations preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in documentation, care planning, and case management practices
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
