Construction Resources - Bell Cabinetry is seeking talented Kitchen and Bath Designers to help clients create beautiful and functional spaces. Ideal candidates will have the ability to design across a wide range of aesthetics, with a strong emphasis on personalization and customer satisfaction.

We're growing! Our newest luxury Kitchen & Bath showroom just opened in Westside Atlanta - a one-of-a-kind space featuring top-tier cabinetry, appliances, surfaces, and fixtures. This showroom sets a new standard in the industry and reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Our primary cabinetry office and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility are conveniently located off GA 400 in Cumming, GA.

Essential Functions

• As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs & preparing presentations.
• The designer will create and provide quotes for potential clients.
• The designer must be proficient with designing floor plans, cabinet layout plans and facilitating the ordering process.
• The designer will confirm specs of appliances and hardware.
• The designer will collaborate with builders, clients, and interior designers, assisting them from sale, through the selection process, to project completion.
• The designer will participate in showroom duties, working the occasional Saturday providing expertise to clients visiting our flagship showroom.

Competencies/Skills/Abilities

• The candidate must have excellent people skills, be well-spoken, have strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

• The applicant must be able to manage high end clientele with patience and professionalism.

• Familiar with the custom home construction and how cabinetry integration works within this process.

• The candidate must have three plus (3+) years' kitchen and bath cabinetry experience.

• The candidate must be experienced and proficient in sketching/drawing, PDF Expert and CAD experience is a plus. Microsoft Office proficiency is necessary.

• The applicant must have spatial intelligence, ability to read floor plans, process projects from start to finish, and be able to collaborate well with the team.

Onsite - These roles offer the opportunity to be part of a team at a specific physical location. Associates in these locations work in person at a local store, warehouse, or office, supporting daily operations and building strong relationships with their teams.

Onsite - An associate in an onsite role works in a specific Home Depot location in order to complete their job duties.

Multisite - An associate in a multisite role works from multiple locations (e.g. Home Depot location or a customer's homes) to complete their job duties.

Hybrid - A hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual work locations. An associate will work from a designated Home Depot location on some days and remote/virtually on others.

Remote/virtual - An associate in a remote/virtual role does not have to be at a designated Home Depot location to complete their job duties.
