Who we are looking for VML Passport Brand Designs is seeking a Senior Designer - Freelance. Youre passionate about design, are obsessed with brand design, animation, and motion, and thrive on collaboration. As Senior Designer - Freelance, you adhere to the high-quality standard and work alongside the creative department to bring big ideas to life. Youre a visual explorer and a visual perfectionist driven to take an idea to the next level with your design skills.

What youll do

• Craft: Create advanced graphic experiences for creative campaigns including social and other digital media.
• Collaborate: Work closely with a team to support and fuel ideas. Work with the design team to broaden technical and conceptual skill sets.
• Support: Work alongside Art Directors and Creative Leads and related creative professionals to help deliver high-quality assets for various formats.

What youll need

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in design advertising.
• Passionate about all things design and can contribute design inspiration with the team and agency as a whole.
• Portfolio showcasing innovative digital concepts and creative design solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Impeccably-organized files and file systems.
• Familiarity with and/or personal use of popular social platforms.

The compensation for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
