    Description

    I. Job Summary

    Under supervision, create and covert designs into web designs, collateral materials, brand IDs and presentations.

    II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead product and visual design for website. advertising and other projects as needed.
    • Create interfaces from idea to sketch to high fidelity design to code deliverables.
    • Work with Brand Manager to develop marketing deliverables and drive brand direction.
    • Work with Dev Team and other internal groups to add new features, as well as refine existing features, in the core Company product.
    • Use design to improve conversion rates while lowering the cost of support.
    • Help manage documentation for usage by customers, internal employees, and 3rd party vendors.
    • Help eliminate the need for documentation, through good design.

    III. Qualifications

    A. Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor''s Degree (accredited) in business or similar area of study or in lieu of degree
    • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.
    • 4 years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement).
