Client:
Our client, with studios in New York City and Westchester County, is an established architecture and design firm specializing in higher education, civic, cultural, commercial, residential, and public-sector projects throughout the United States and abroad.

Description:
Our client is seeking a talented Designer with 3–8 years of professional architectural experience to join their collaborative studio. Working alongside experienced architects and designers, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of new construction and renovation projects ranging from $500,000 to more than $50 million in construction value.

The Designer will contribute to projects across higher education, public, cultural, commercial, and luxury residential markets. Responsibilities will include developing architectural concepts through research, sketching, diagrams, and digital models; producing drawings, visualizations, and presentation materials; and translating design concepts into coordinated Revit documents and detailed construction drawings.

The ideal candidate will bring strong design thinking and technical skills, with experience in architectural detailing, construction documentation, materials, and consultant coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to take increasing ownership of project responsibilities while working within a highly collaborative studio and learning from experienced architects and designers.

Required:

• 3–8 years of professional architectural experience in the United States
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Rhino
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite and architectural visualization skills
• Experience with construction documentation and architectural detailing
• Knowledge of building assemblies, materials, and consultant coordination
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative studio environment
• Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to design excellence
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Education:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) and/or Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from an accredited school of architecture. Architectural licensure is not required.

Salary:
$70,000–$90,000
