As Associate Design Director, you will contribute to our studio by:

Client:

• Independently run an entire program of work
• Proactive approach to solving problems
• Create case studies that summarise project work
• Actively contribute to business development

Craft:

• Articulate the value of your craft within the studio
• Contribute to thought leadership
• Define new best practices and deliverables
• Responsible for the output of your team

Culture:

• Mastered your craft and are a go- to person for advice
• Run regular skill sessions in the studio
• Help more junior members of staff master their craft

• Lead and direct the interactive, visual, experience, typographic and stylistic output of your projects

Education: Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: $100000 - 120000 a year
