Reports To: Operations Coordinator
Location: Lumina Communities at Duquesne University
Compensation: $10.50 per hour. Position not eligible for benefits. Up to 20 hours per week.

Brottier Hall,St. Martin Hall, and McGinley Hall all located on the campus of Duquesne University located in Pittsburgh, PA are managed by Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM)/Lumina Communities. COCM is responsible for all aspects of operational management for Brottier, St. Martin, and McGinley Halls in Lumina Communities. Under the direct supervision of the operations Coordinator, in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Operations, the Desk Assistants are responsible for customer service and administrative functions for the students and prospective students to Brottier, St. Martin, and McGinley Halls.
Time Commitment
Desk assistants can work up to 20 hours per week in part-time student work. Office hours are Monday–Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Student desk hours will include evening and weekend hours between 8:00 am – 12:00 am. In addition, work will be available during academic breaks and nights/weekends. Desk assistants may need to return early or leave late from breaks in order to complete training.
