Tellus Equipment Solutions is seeking a Deskside Support Technician II to provide hands-on technical support across our corporate office and store locations.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computers, hardware, and peripherals.
Set up equipment and systems for new hires.
Diagnose and resolve employee technology issues.
Assist with basic network and system troubleshooting.
Install approved software, updates, and drivers.
Maintain IT equipment inventory and service records.
Provide onsite support at company locations as needed.
Qualifications
Previous desktop, help desk, or technical support experience.
Working knowledge of Windows-based systems, hardware, and peripherals.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to travel to company locations supporting Tellus locations across South and Central Texas as needed; mileage is reimbursed for business travel.
Must be able to lift and move at least 40 lbs.
Ability to accommodate occasional overnight travel.
