Position Summary on-site
- Entry-level IT support role responsible for PC End of Life Refresh On-site , in-person support of end-user desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic software. Provides timely troubleshooting, incident resolution, hardware setup, and escalation to higher-level teams when needed.
