What do you need to succeed?

Provide Windows 11, Microsoft Office/365 suite, and hardware support, onsite in a corporate environmentStage, provision, and deploying IT systems to end users Diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for a variety of technologiesConfigure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices & other audio / visual equipmentTroubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivityFollow appropriate KB articles and Best Business PracticesManage workload via ticketing softwarePrioritize and complete work in a group and independently with minimal supervision Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences Smart Hands remote support for offsite resolver groupsWhite glove supportInventory management of IT assets including asset auditingOther duties as assigned
