Skills:
• A+ certified or equivalent (MCP, MCSE, CNE, Network+)
• Certified in hardware platforms for servicing
• Strong understanding of SOW requirements and cost impacts
• Skilled in following technical instructions and scripts
• Proven customer service and communication abilities
• Experienced in resolving escalations and leading technician teams
• Capable of preparing sites and ensuring smooth service deliver
• 4+ years of experience in deploying and servicing computer equipment
Endpoint Deployment & User Assistance Experience:
• Assisting users with login, access, and orientation for day-one readiness
• Managing hardware installation, network connectivity, and peripheral setup
• Managing device imaging, provisioning, and software configuration
• Migrating data, settings, and applications during deployments
• Troubleshooting deskside issues and provided technical support
• Coordinating with IT teams for escalations and backend support
