Pay Range: $24 - $26/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Support overall manufacturing and lab IT systems and devices.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, including collection, storage, labeling, and disposal.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for AV devices and IT equipment.
- Ensure basic network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, etc.) is available on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors for printer management and cable patching.
- Assist in power shutdown maintenance activities in the Data Center.
- Provide smart hands and feet support for technology teams as needed.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve high-priority issues.
- Maintain knowledge of GMP and GxP standards in a clean room environment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Experience in supporting overall manufacturing/lab IT systems and IT devices.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, lab, and Data Center IT equipment, including scanners, printers, tablets, and specialized PCs.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for IT devices and mobility support.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams and OEMs.
- Knowledge and experience in managing power shutdown maintenance activities.
- Understanding of GMP and GxP environments.
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
