Our client is seeking two Field Services Technicians to support end-user computing and device lifecycle operations within the Spokane service area. These resources will join an established field services team responsible for maintaining desktop support operations, resolving technical issues, and assisting with ongoing hardware refresh and deployment initiatives.Job DescriptionThe Field Services Technician will provide on-site support for caregivers and end users across facilities in the Spokane market. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to tickets, performing break/fix activities, deploying and replacing devices, supporting workstation moves/adds/changes, and assisting with device lifecycle projects.
