Desktop / Sales Force

As part of Desktop strategy, we are building new Contact Center application in Salesforce in Desktop strategy squad.

We are currently running the squad with less salesforce resource and it requires additional resource to handle the current priority & roadmap for this year MVP followed.

We have fixed target to complete the MVP rollout this year & need to expand application with more feature & function along with rolling out for different business group as like as we are supporting in current platform.

Resource requires to have multiple stakeholders meeting during onsite hours.

Also it requires onsite presence to complete development in scheduled duration.
