Kilpatrick, a large international law firm, is seeking a Desktop Services Analyst for our Information Technology Department in our San Francisco office. This position will be part of our team of attorneys, paralegals and support staff providing a high level of service to both internal and external clients. This position is responsible for 2nd level technical support for all hardware and software issues, audio, video and web conference support; managing, administering and coordinating issues relating to video, audio and web conference requests. The DTS Analyst is responsible for customer support in replicating problems and debugging with internal resources. They will document troubleshooting, research and issues; take appropriate corrective actions; and escalate the problem as required. The DTS Analyst works on various concurrent projects which progress at a pace driven by the firm's business objectives.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
This is a full-time, regular position with a multi-faceted health benefit package including medical, dental, and vision. The firm also offers life insurance, short term disability plans and retirement plans in addition to holidays and paid time off. In-office presence is required for this position. The pay range for this position in San Francisco only is $56.00 to $58.97 per hour.
