Desktop Support Ashland
Location: Ashland, Kentucky (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused IT professional for a Desktop Support role. This position involves providing technical assistance to agency users, both remotely and in person. The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve desktop-related issues independently and travel to various support locations within the service area.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of desktop support experience in a Windows environment.
Skills: Candidates should have experience with desktop installation, deployment, troubleshooting, technical support, and hardware/software repair within Windows operating systems. Basic networking knowledge is also required.
Additional Requirements: A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required, as travel between support locations within the service area is a regular part of the role. Additionally, the position requires the ability to lift and transport equipment and work in a variety of physical positions, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods, as needed to perform job duties.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $17.00/hr to $20.00/hr. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidates experience, qualifications, and the specific requirements of the role.
