Job Summary:
This role focuses on delivering exceptional onsite technology support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and application issues. You will diagnose problems, implement solutions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires on-site presence in Gallatin, TN, during the afternoon/evening shift.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end technology support for employee hardware and application issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with employees to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in workstation/server troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware devices.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Domain/Industry Experience:
Retail or enterprise technology support experience is beneficial.
