    Description

    Required Skills:
    • MCSA certification
    • Knowledge of any scripting language like powershell python etc.
    • Knowledge of configuration management tool like Splunk Quest RMAD terraform etc.
    • Knowledge of incident management problem management Change management on BMC remedy
    • Support for 24/7/365 which basically monitors Windows and AD Infrastructure Alerts and take remedial actions within process defined in environment.
    Project Work:
    • Provision / Decommission Windows OS on Virtual machine or Physical standalone servers.
    • DC Promotion/Demotion
    • ADDS Migration
    • Patching & Upgrades
    • Incident Management: Respond & resolve tickets before SLA gets breached.
    • Infrastructure Downtime/Non-Downtime
    • Maintenance contact email Update on call details.
    • Setup Blackouts and then take shutdown reboot of servers as & if required during maintenance work
