Desktop Support Engineer. This is a
06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in

Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Support warehouse staff in person and take calls, which are always from people at the same site
- Work on tickets in ServiceNow all day
- Fix common issues with computers (Windows), Zebra handheld devices, barcode scanners and printers
- Support Microsoft Office and similar general office tools
- Handle device deployment, configuration and asset management
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Customer service (this is a customer service role)
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Figure out what the issue is and be able to provide customer support accordingly
- Retail or warehouse experience is a big plus, since it helps them start faster but not mandatory
- If Non-retail candidates - L1/L2 experience and certifications will be a strong plus
- No certifications mandatory
- A and Network are nice to have
