Position Overview
KSTA I.T. is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Consultant to provide onsite technical support for a single client location in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, ensuring the reliable operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and Microsoft technologies.
The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience supporting Windows environments within an enterprise setting. This role requires someone who enjoys solving technical problems while providing an exceptional end-user experience.
