Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: Pensacola, FL, Vienna, VA, Winchester, VA
Contractor Work Model: Onsite, Mon-Fri
Available shifts:
7:00 am-3:30 pm; 9:00 am-5:30 pm; 11:00 am-7:30 pm
Hours: 40.0 hours per week
Pay rate: open to W2

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience providing desktop support. Candidates must be able to pass both a criminal and credit background check.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues
  • Assist users with Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, and Lotus Notes applications
  • Manage ticketing system entries using ServiceNow
  • Support Windows 10 environments and desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
  • Support printer devices from HP, Canon, and Toshiba
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality customer service and effective problem resolution
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and related technologies
  • Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
  • Experience supporting printers from HP, Canon, and Toshiba
  • Nice to haves: A+ Certification, Windows 10 Certification, awareness of security in financial institutions, SCCM entry-level knowledge
