Kforce has a client that is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst (IT Support/End User Computing) in Phoenix, AZ. Overview The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for end-user devices, applications, and IT systems. This role ensures a reliable computing environment by troubleshooting issues, supporting hardware/software, and delivering excellent customer service to internal users. Additionally, this role supports user identity and access management, including creating and managing user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), ensuring proper provisioning, access control, and adherence to security best practices. This is a short-term, part-time assignment supporting a temporary coverage need. The role will be onsite in Phoenix, AZ, working Tuesday-Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for approximately 3 weeks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping in quickly to keep helpdesk operations running smoothly (-keeping the lights on-) and provide reliable support during an employee's absence. Candidates should be flexible and open to a short-term engagement.

  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
