Job Summary:-
· This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume deployment environment while meeting scheduled rollout timelines and maintaining accurate documentation within ticketing and asset management systems.
Required Experience:-
· Experience deploying and configuring Windows desktop and laptop computers.
· Basic knowledge of workstation imaging and deployment processes, experience setting up monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals.
· Minimum of three (3) year of experience in desktop support, computer deployment, technical support, or related IT field OR an equivalent combination of education and related technical experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position.
Required Education:-
· High School Diploma or GED
Other Requirements: Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver’s license at the time of hire.
