Job Title : Desktop support

Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise endpoint management tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network connectivity, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, printer, and peripheral issues in enterprise environments.
  • Perform user account administration, password resets, group membership management, and access provisioning using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Deploy operating system images, software packages, patches, and security updates using Microsoft Intune, SCCM (MECM), MDT, or similar endpoint management solutions.
  • Support endpoint security solutions, BitLocker encryption, Microsoft Defender, antivirus platforms, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and compliance policies.
  • Utilize ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools to manage incidents, service requests, asset inventory, and SLA-driven ticket resolution while collaborating with infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teams on escalated issues.
