RESPONSIBILITIES

Support endpoint device deployments, replacements, refreshes, and migration activities.

Assist with on-site network migration tasks, connectivity validation, and troubleshooting.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.

Provide hands-on support for workstation setup, configuration, and deployment.

Coordinate with local users, site contacts, and project teams to ensure successful implementations.

Document completed work, deployment status, and technical issues accurately.

Manage incidents, service requests, escalations, and post-deployment remediation activities.

Track and maintain IT asset inventory and deployment records.

Ensure adherence to project schedules, service levels, and operational procedures.

Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users during migration events.

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in:

IT Support

Desktop Support

Field Services

Help Desk Support

Working knowledge of:

Windows Operating Systems

Endpoint Deployment and Hardware Installation

Microsoft 365 Applications

Basic Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS)

Ticket Management Systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to travel to local sites and perform physical device deployment and setup activities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience supporting enterprise environments.

Experience supporting large-scale:

Device Refresh Programs

PC Deployments

Network Migration Projects

Knowledge of:

Microsoft Intune

Windows Autopilot

Active Directory

ServiceNow

IT Asset Management

ITIL Framework and Support Processes

Experience in healthcare, technology, or large enterprise environments.

Familiarity with deployment automation and endpoint lifecycle management.
