As a Desktop Support Technician you will be the "face of IT" for a team supporting 800+ users (25 on-site, 800 remote). This role is transitioning to a high-visibility "Walk-up Bar" model. We are looking for a friendly, coachable, and tech-savvy professional who thrives on in-person interaction and remote troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote desktop support for Windows users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, O365, Exchange, and endpoint issues
  • Support walk-up IT requests and ticketed issues (Jira Service Desk)
  • Assist users with varying technical skill levels (including hands-on support)
  • Perform basic Intune tasks (user/group lookups, remote sessions, endpoint support)
  • Maintain professional, customer-service-oriented user interactions

Must Haves:
  • Hands-on Windows desktop support experience
  • Microsoft Intune experience (required; surface-level acceptable)
  • O365 / Exchange support experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Coachable, teachable personality; team-first mindset
  • Comfortable supporting non-technical and executive users onsite
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Jira Service Desk experience
  • Active Directory Experience
