Job Summary:
This role involves providing essential first-level technical support to end-users, resolving a variety of hardware, software, and network issues. You will diagnose problems, escalate when necessary, and contribute to improving service desk operations. Successful candidates will ensure efficient and accurate ticket management while upholding service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot desktop and mobile device issues.
- Resolve basic application and software problems.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues.
- Manage and document incident tickets.
- Contribute to service desk process improvements.
Must-Have Skills:- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in a utility domain such as electric or telecom networks is preferred.
