IDR is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. This role involves providing onsite and remote technical support across multiple locations within the Denver Metro area, supporting device deployment, troubleshooting, and asset management activities in a fast-paced environment dedicated to service excellence.

Position Overview for the Desktop Support Technician:

  • Assist multiple teams throughout the Denver Metro area with device imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Support end-user needs by providing tier one and tier two incident resolution, following SLA guidelines.
  • Perform device lifecycle management including surplusing, asset tracking, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with various agencies, traveling between sites as needed, to support projects and operations.
  • Contribute to team objectives by completing tasks related to software installation, setup, and offboarding.

Requirements for the Desktop Support Technician:

  • Experience in imaging and deploying computers, including laptops, desktops, phones, and printers.
  • Ability to break down and remove hard drives from surplus or disabled devices.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate asset records within asset management systems.
  • Skilled in providing first- and second-tier support within incident ticketing systems such as Service Now.
  • Capable of traveling between agency locations throughout the Denver Metro area to provide onsite support.
