Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Fort Morgan, CO 80701
Duration: 06 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 desktop support for escalated tickets
Deliver onsite (deskside) and remote support to end users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Perform PC imaging, deployment, and configuration
Support Windows desktops/laptops and perform break/fix repairs
Work with Active Directory (user creation, deletion, password resets)
Use SCCM for imaging, patching, and software deployments
Manage and update tickets using Remedy / ServiceNow
Maintain inventory of IT assets and track repairs/replacements
Provide hands & feet support for infrastructure teams (network, servers, etc.)
Coordinate with OEM vendors for warranty repairs
Ensure SLA adherence and timely issue resolution
Communicate effectively with end users and internal teams
Travel to nearby locations as needed (mileage reimbursement applicable)
Required Skills & Experience:
3 years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience
Strong experience with Windows OS troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Active Directory
Experience with SCCM (imaging, deployments, updates)
Experience with ticketing tools (Remedy / ServiceNow preferred)
Experience in corporate or manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
