Job Summary:This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of end-user computing environments. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware and software, alongside providing crucial technical support to resolve user issues. Proactive problem-solving and effective communication are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve hardware and software issues for users.
- Manage computer imaging and deployment processes.
- Provide technical assistance via phone and in-person.
- Document and track user issues and solutions.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventories.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Experience with hardware repair and replacement.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in providing IT support within a corporate or business setting is preferred.
