Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support in an enterprise environment. This person should be energetic, professional, dependable, process-driven, and comfortable providing face-to-face technical support.Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware
- Troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and peripherals
- Replace internal components including motherboards, hard drives, RAM, and CPUs
- Troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, network printers, and other software issues
- Perform IMACs – installs, moves, adds, and changes
- Support PC refreshes and printer migrations
- Track and manage work through ServiceNow, visual task boards, and team stand-ups
- Assist with server and network issues as smart hands/feet
- Perform basic network troubleshooting
- Support asset management and equipment inventory
- Back up and transfer end-user data
- Follow up on open tickets and escalations
- Assist with process documentation and improvements
- Work independently while supporting the larger IT team

- Strong hands-on PC/laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Experience with Windows 10 Professional, Office 365, imaging, and ticketing systems
- Strong soft skills – coachable, team-oriented, and able to work with different personalities
- Basic server/network support knowledge and ability to provide smart-hands assistance
- Dependability, attendance, and ability to work independently
